Shipping policy

Tasatus Collectibles uses a variety of shipping companies including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

When orders are placed they are typically shipped the following business day but not later than three (3) business days after the order was placed. The above may be effected or delayed by natural disasters, shipping company interruptions, or other factors outside of our control. In the event that there is a delay beyond three (3) business days we will make every effort to communicate changes as we have them available.

All orders are insured with the shipping company or agency up to the total value of the items purchased. Tasatus Collectibles is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or other issue resulting from or during the shipping process after the shipping company or agency has taken possession of the package.

If you suspect your package was lost, stolen or otherwise damaged during the shipping process it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us immediately by emailing shippinghelp@tasatus.com or accessing the Chat feature on our website for coordinating assistance. 

We will make every effort to assist with lost, stolen, or damaged packages where possible. Tasatus Collectibles reserves the right to end this assistance at our discretion for any reason without notice or explanation. 

Special accommodations or changes to these policies may be made upon request at the discretion of Tasatus Collectibles were local, state, province or other legal jurisdiction specific requirements to not prohibit.
